| Richard ter Haak, CEO of the Ter Haak Group in Amsterdam, has been awarded to be the Port Man of the year 2007 for his achievement within the Port of Amsterdam. Witnessed by 550 people amongst the Minister, three mayors and various people from the Industry, he received the medal of honour from the chairman of Amports, Mr Wijsmuller.
This medal is an award which is handed over yearly to the person who has exceptionally contributed to the Port Industry in Amsterdam. Mr Wijsmuller praised Richard ter Haak for his ever lasting drive and endurance to reach his goals.
Richard ter Haak was completely taken by surprise. He especially mentioned that this all was only possible with the joined effort of all the Ter Haak Group staff and he thanked them for that. |
